HepvO Valve
HepvO valve and angled end adapters are sold in 32mm and 40mm diameters. The HepvO kit with intermediate adapter includes a 32 mm diameter HepvO valve and an intermediate adapter. The 87.5˚ angle adapter to be used with the HepvO valve is for horizontal installation and the straight end adapter is for installing the HepvO valve on straight sections of pipeline.
All products are made of white polypropylene.

Dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly due to compression of rubber seals. After installing the HepvO valve on the tube, it is recommended to leave access to the valve.

All products are manufactured in accordance with a Quality Management System approved to BS EN ISO 9001. All of the company’s production facilities operate under an Environmental Management System that complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO 14001 and is certified to meet this standard. The use of the HepvO valve, when installed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, ensures that plumbing installations and systems comply with the requirements of BS EN 12056 Part 2, Code of Practice for Drainage Systems, and the Building Regulations 2002 Document on Wastewater Treatment and Disposal, with respect to seal integrity. The HepvO valve operates without the use of water and meets all other applicable performance requirements of BS EN 274 – Specification for Plastic Traps. The valve also complies with BS EN 15749-1:2004 “Ships and marine technology – Sewage systems for marine vessels and offshore structures.” The HepvO valve has been awarded the British Standards Institution Quality Mark under ATS 5200 047:2005 (KM 618560): Technical Specifications for Plumbing and Drainage Products – Self-sealing Devices.
